Private Members’  Resolutions :

1. Shri Sahab Singh Chauhan to move the following resolution:

      “This House resolves that all the unauthorized colonies of Delhi be regularized as is where is basis without delay and funds be made available for requisite developmental works therein so that inhabitants of these colonies may get rid of the miserable life”.

2. Shri Veer Singh Dhingan to move the following resolution:

This House resolves that water bills be raised on flat rates from inhabitants of all resettlement colonies, Janata Flats and houses constructed in 50 sq. yards or less”.

3. Shri Sat Prakash Rana to move the following resolution:

“This House resolves that construction work of five (05) hospitals, in village Bamnoli, Chhattarpur, Vikas Puri, Dwarka Sector-9, Badarpur be started as soon as possible so that the people of Delhi can get themselves treated properly upon.”

Motion Under Rule-107:

Shri Mukesh Sharma to move the following motion:

This House resolves that the proposed Delhi Police Bill, 2010 be not passed in haste without taking Delhi Legislative Assembly into confidence and also recommends the Government of India that the aforesaid bill be sent to Delhi Legislative Assembly for detailed discussion and the suggestions of this House be included in the proposed provisions of the Bill in public interest.
