elected President of the same; Is Secretary-General of Delhi Pradesh Yuvak
Congress Since 1985; was Spokesman of Yuvak Congress in 1990-96; Made

sustained efforts for the development of unauthorized colonies and urban
villages; was elected delegate, DPCC in 1994-96, Elected President of
Delhi Pradesh Un-authorised Colonies at a Conference in Talkatora Stadium
