     “This house resolves that special status be provided to all urbanized and rural villages of Delhi felicitating exemption from House Tax, Property Tax etc. and purview of building laws/bye-laws,

This House also resolves that these villages be granted special rebate in the electricity and water charges under special status.”

2. Shri Kulwant Rana to move the following resolution:

      “This House resolves that increasing level of air pollution be reduced by making the prevailing environmental provisions more stringent and ensuring strict compliance.”

3. Shri Mohan Singh Bisht to move the following resolution:

       “This House resolves that permission to spend MLAs fund be granted in those unauthorized colonies which have been issued provisional certificates.”
