(ii)                     Notification No. F.12(6)Fin.(T&E)/2008-09/jsfin/248 dated 22.06.2009 regarding the rate of tad to be levied on the turnover of receipt  of the hotelier shall be ten percent.

(iii)                  Notification No.F.3(6)/Fin.(T&E)/2009-10/jsfin/269 dated 26.06.2009 regarding enhancement of VAT from 12.5% to 20% on Tobacco and Gutkha.

3. Shri Raj Kumar Chauhan, Minister of Development & Revenue to     lay the following notifications (English and Hindi Version):-

(i)  Notification No. F.8(26)/2001-DAM/MR/Pt.II/1760 dated 17.08.2008 regarding schedule for election for filling up of the vacancies in the Fish, Poultry & Egg Marketing Committee, Gazipur, Delhi.

(ii) Notification No. F.8/6/86-DAM/MR/Vol-II/1612 dated 10.09.2009 regarding the Fodder Market at Mangolpuri is de-notified as Principal Market for Marketing of agricultural produce pertaining to fodder items.

(iii)Notification No. F.8 (20)/99-DAM/MR/1647 dated 11.09.2009 regarding the market at Mangolpuri is notified as Sub Yard of Fish Poultry & Egg Marketing Committee, Gazipur, Delhi.

     (iv) Notification No. F.8 (26)/2001-DAM/Pt-II/1938 dated 24.09.2009 to notify as per provision to Rule 60 of Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000 the names of the members elected from the FP&EMC, Gazipur Delhi, Constituency.
