        “ This House resolves that encroachment from entire Government Land and ponds in the Capital be removed and be  permitted to

           be used for civic amenities after securing  them  with  boundary wall”.

         “This House resolves that in view of the growing population of Delhi, new hospitals be  constructed  to   provide appropriate medical facilities and the existing  Hospitals  be  upgraded  & vacant  posts  of  Doctors and  other  staff  be  filled  up  with immediate effect”.
