Consideration and Passing of Bills:

1. Smt. Sheila Dikshit, Chief Minister to move that “The Delhi Prevention of Touting and Malpractices Against Tourists Bill, 2010” (Bill NO. 10 of 2010)” introduced on 29th November, 2010 be taken into consideration.

Also to move that the Bill be passed.

2. Dr. A.K.Walia, Minister of Finance to move that "The Delhi Value Added Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2010” (Bill No. 09 of 2010)” introduced on 29th November, 2010 be taken into consideration.

Also to move that the Bill be passed.

      Discussion on total failure of Government in controlling food adulteration and large scale consumption of adulterated food articles.  Especially, on the occasion of Deepawali many cases of food adulteration have come to light but Delhi Government has failed in taking appropriate action and it has not acted the way it should have.
