OBSERVANCE OF SILENCE

         Being the First sitting of the Fourth Assembly constituted after the General election held in November, 2008, the Members observed two Minutes silence to mark the solemnity of the occasion

PAPERS LAID ON THE TABLE

          Assembly Secretary lay a copy of the Notification No. 308/ DL-LA/ 2008 dated 11^th December, 2008 of the Election Commission of India regarding the results of the general election to the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi held on the 29^th November,2008.

Members shall make or subscribe Oath or Affirmation and

Sign the Roll of Members and assume their seats in the House.
